Forestial Transcendence, du groupe très confidentiel Dissonant Winds, n'était déjà pas un album facile d'accès. Plus cryptique encore est Drowning in the Residues of Misery. Trois pistes dont la longueur évoquera une ascension vers un sommet inaccessible. Si on retrouve des atmosphères mystiques (surtout avec les chœurs dans "Ephemeral Passage"), cet album est une plaie ouverte qui se situe à la fois dans la haine et l'abattement profond dans le fait d'exister.
